Job Summary
ACCOUNTANT Construction / Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for construction and fit-out projects
Prepare project cost reports and monitor budgets
Track project expenses material costs and subcontractor payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports
Manage VAT filing in compliance with UAE FTA regulations
Perform bank reconciliations and payroll processing
Coordinate with project managers to ensure effective cost control
Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
35 years of UAE experience in the Construction / Fit-Out industry
Strong knowledge of project costing and job costing
Familiarity with subcontractor agreements and payment certifications
Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
Immediate joiners preferred
