Recruitment Manager
Job Summary
- To ensure that Anantara P&C operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
- To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of team member performance management team member discipline and administration.
- To coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
- To book ticket with all new joiners internationally
- Assist P&C Manager/P&C Director in implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
- Implement team member incentive bonus schemes.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics & host recruitment meeting when needed.
- Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote team member communication activities and channels to encourage and enable feedback from team member.
- Maintain a positive relationship with team member representatives and ensure any team member grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Ensure Smart Recruiter process is followed on regular basis.
- Coordinate all matters of team member accommodation facilities and transport.
- On occasions of special events and projects any other duties assigned by the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager
