Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Laundry Manager to support a Private VIP Family in Abu this role you will ensure the impeccable management of laundry operations maintaining the highest standards of service for a discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Laundry Manager in the efficient operation of the laundry services for the family
- Supervise laundry staff providing training and guidance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage laundry supplies and inventory ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Establish and maintain quality control standards to meet the familys expectations
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address any laundry-related requests or issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in laundry management or related roles ideally in a private household or luxury environment
- Thorough knowledge of laundry processes detergents and fabric care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to the familys needs
- A hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
