- Collaboratewithprojectproductandpre-salesteamstoanalyzecustomerrequirementsanddesigntailoredsolutions.
- Participateincustomerandthird-partyworkshopstoscopeintegrationsreportsmigrationsandothertechnicalcomponents.
- Estimatedevelopmentandconfigurationeffortacrossallphasesoftheproject.
Implementation&Delivery
- Developandtestintegrationsdatamigrationscriptsreportsandconfigurationtoolsusingmoderntechnologies.
- Workinsprintsalongsidetheconfigurationteamtodelivercontractedfunctionality.
- Conductdebuggingandrootcauseanalysisforcomplexissuesduringandafterrelease.
- Workinagile-styledeliverycyclesincollaborationwithconfigurationQAandservicesteamstoensurerapidandreliabledelivery.
Go-Live&Support
- Supportcutoverplanningandon-sitego-liveactivities.
- AssistwithhandoverstotheSupportteamandprovidethird-linesupportwhenneeded.
- EvaluateandestimatechangesintroducedviaChangeControlorproductevolution.
Collaboration&Enablement
- Actasatrustedtechnicaladvisoracrossimplementationsupportandproductteams.
- Mentorteammembersandcontributetocontinuousimprovementofdeliveryworkflows.
