Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and manage core human resource functions including payroll processing visa and employee lifecycle management learning & development and training coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Handle visa documentation new renewal cancellation medical and Emirates ID.
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Maintain HR records reports and HRIS.
- Assist in team management and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 1 year of UAE HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and visa processes.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
