Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquet Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving banquet and event revenue. This role assists in securing new business maintaining client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operations to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating banquet and event sales through proactive prospecting networking and client follow-up

  • Respond to inquiries prepare proposals and conduct site inspections for prospective clients

  • Support contract negotiations and ensure accurate documentation of event details

  • Coordinate with culinary operations and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients wedding planners and event organizers

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets

  • Attend networking events trade shows and client meetings as required

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (preferred)

  • 24 years of experience in banquet sales event coordination or hospitality sales

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales/event management systems

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
