Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in fire rated doors steel doors wooden doors windows and joinery products for projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit/BIM coordination and an understanding of passive fire protection systems and UAE Civil Defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed BIM models for fire doors steel doors wooden doors windows and joinery systems
Coordinate with design technical and project teams to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations
Prepare accurate shop drawings as-built drawings and installation drawings
Collaborate on project submittals material approvals and design documentation
Ensure BIM models integrate seamlessly with other project disciplines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in fire rated doors joinery steel doors or wooden doors
Proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools
Strong understanding of UAE fire safety codes and Civil Defence regulations
Ability to produce accurate shop drawings and collaborate with project teams
Currently based in the UAE
Immediate or short notice availability preferred
