Job Summary
- Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural MEP and other disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection using software such as Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.
- Develop and maintain LOD-compliant architectural models as per project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 58 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows LOD requirements and clash detection processes.
- Experience in large-scale residential commercial or mixed-use projects.
