Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Kindergarten department ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Mentor and support Kindergarten teachers in curriculum delivery and instructional strategies.
Monitor student development and progress ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities.
Coordinate with parents and teachers to address student needs and concerns.
Actively participate in school events assemblies and professional development programs.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Education or Leadership (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood teaching with at least 23 years in a leadership role in Dubai/UAE.
Able to join starting April 2026 for the next academic year.
