A Day in the Life
We are seeking a driven Surgical Sales Specialist to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the (UAE) United Arab Emarits. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative surgical technologies build strong hospital relationships and accelerate your career in MedTech sales.This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UAE to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires strong sales reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals day surgery centres and specialty clinics.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare market
- Strong sales negotiation and territory management skills
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated target-driven and commercially focused
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 24 years of experience in the MedTech industry specifically in Surgical/OR products
- Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or Life Sciences
- Valid UAE United Arab Emarits driving license
- Expertise in Micro-soft programs Excel PowerPoint
