Job Summary
Decision Management Consultants is recruiting an E-commerce Specialist for one of its clients operating in the perfume and fragrance industry in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established perfume company specializing in the creation and distribution of premium fragrances. With a strong focus on quality originality and market trends the company offers a diverse range of scents designed to meet both regional and international preferences. Known for consistent standards and customer-focused operations the brand continues to grow its presence across retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns offers and digital content
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns
- Plan execute and monitor promotions offers and campaigns to drive sales and increase average order value
- Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports
- Ensure accuracy of product information and timely updates across platforms
- Handle online customer inquiries returns and feedback in an efficient manner
- Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- UAE experience of 24 years with a mandatory total experience of 57 years
- Proven experience managing e-commerce portals such as Amazon and Noon
- Strong knowledge of SEO digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
