Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through active selling managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires a target-driven commercially minded professional who can operate in competitive markets and consistently deliver results.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively source qualify and convert new sales leads through cold calling networking referrals and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings product presentations site visits and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Manage after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts activity reports and market feedback for management.
  • Track competitor activity market trends and customer insights.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing operations finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies pricing structures and contractual guidelines.
Participate in sales meetings training programs and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 46 years of proven sales experience preferably in real estate corporate sales FMCG luxury goods or service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
