Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in villa renovation and interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling resource planning and progress tracking ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules timelines and work breakdown structures.
Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly
Coordinate with site engineers project managers procurement and subcontractors to gather real-time updates
Prepare look-ahead programs delay analysis reports and recovery plans as needed
Assist in planning labor material and equipment resources to meet project milestones
Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client reviews
Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
3-5 years of UAE experience specifically in villa renovation or interior fit-out projects
Sound understanding of construction methods sequencing and material lead times
Excellent analytical time management and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
