Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: Actively sell company properties including plots villas and buildings (commercial & residential) Identify and pursue potential leads establish client relationships and conduct property viewings
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors activities Job Requirements:
Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills (link removed)>Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
Proactive and self-motivated able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
Familiarity with CRM software Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of SharjahAjman and Umm AlQuian real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects:
