Job Summary
Join a dynamic and fast-growing multinational company as a Junior Accountant with Apt Resources! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kickstart their accounting career in a global setting. As a Junior Accountant you will support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across various regions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general ledger entries and maintain financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Help prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management
- Support the budgeting process by providing relevant financial data
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial processes are followed
- Participate in audits and prepare documentation as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred
- Familiarity with Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus
- Must be locally available in the UAE
