Job Summary
ISS International SpA is looking for Certified Coaches and Mentors for a corporate service in the UAE.
The scope of service includes a comprehensive series of programs designed to support and cultivate the professional growth skills development and personal advancement of selected employees and managers within the company.
Individual Coaching and Mentoring: Sessions on general areas aligned with leadership development needs or on specific areas such as Finance Media Artificial Intelligence etc.
Foundation Courses for Coaching and Mentors: For selected internal employees of the company.
ICF Coaching Certification Program: A structured learning path leading to ICF ACC-level certification for eligible internal coaches.
Group Training Program: Featuring short sessions aimed at different levels of the organization with the aim of increasing awareness of coaching and mentoring. These programs are topic-specific highly targeted and aimed at a broad audience.
Training internal coaches and mentors to become trainers: the goal is to train internal corporate coaches and mentors capable of transferring knowledge and experience to other potential coaches.
The entire service will begin in mid-2026 and will last three years.
Certified Coaches and Mentors will be required on an on-call basis with the duration of their activity based on the type and topic of the service provided.
Candidates must meet all the following mandatory minimum requirements:
500 hours of international coaching
15 years of work experience
6 years of corporate coaching
Be accredited by recognized bodies such as ICF and EMCC
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Note: higher requirements will be needed depending the program provided
