Requirements

What Were Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;

- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials;

- Proven track record on complex cross-border transactions;

- Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical solutions-oriented advice;

- English fluency (written and verbal) essential.

Highly Valued:

- Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;

- Arabic language skills (written and verbal);

- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance Corporate/M&A Capital Markets Energy & Infrastructure or Dispute Resolution;

- Common law qualification (UK Australian New Zealand or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
