Job Summary

Tech First Gulf is hiring a System Integrator to support and drive high-volume AV and ELV projects in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires hands-on experience in managing AV/ELV opportunities from project identification and BOQ analysis through proposal submission and commercial closure working closely with consultants contractors and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop volume AV & ELV project opportunities across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Coordinate with system integrators MEP contractors and consultants for project specifications
Prepare and review BOQs pricing technical submittals and commercial proposals including handling proof of concept (POC)
Track projects from early design/specification stage through execution and handover
Maintain strong relationships with partners vendors and key stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in AV & ELV system integration
Strong understanding of channel partnerbased projects and tender workflows
Working knowledge of AV and ELV technologies and solutions
Mandatory experience in the Abu Dhabi / UAE market
Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills
