You will be responsible for building performance strategies managing paid campaigns improving ROI and delivering measurable results for brands. Working closely with creative content and strategy teams youll ensure every campaign is optimized for conversions lead generation and business growth.

This role demands analytical thinking platform expertise optimization skills and performance ownership. From audience targeting and funnel strategy to creatives and tracking you will own the full paid marketing cycle and continuously improve performance outcomes.

Plan execute and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage and optimize campaigns to improve conversions CPL and ROI.
Develop performance strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Conduct audience research targeting and segmentation for better results.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
Monitor performance analyze data and implement optimization strategies.
Set up tracking pixels conversion events and performance measurement systems.
