Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recreation Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Kids Club Attendant you will play a crucial role in creating a safe fun and engaging environment for children visiting our facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and entertainment of our young guests while providing exceptional customer service to their families.
- Create and maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities games and educational programs
- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents addressing any concerns and providing updates on their childrens experiences
- Maintain accurate records including attendance logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with the Events & Entertainment team to organize special activities and themed events
- Ensure all equipment and toys are properly maintained clean and in good working condition
- Enforce Kids Club rules and regulations consistently and fairly
- Assist in inventory management of toys and supplies reporting any needs for replacements or additions
- Stay informed about facility offerings promotions and pricing to answer parent inquiries accurately
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality early childhood education or a related field
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and creating engaging activities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Patient empathetic and supportive demeanor
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages particularly Turkish are a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Physical ability to engage in active play and supervise childrens activities
