Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads utilities rail and bridges) to join our team in Dubai.
As a BIM Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region.
- Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless integration of various design elements
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans standards and workflows for infrastructure projects
- Perform clash detection resolve conflicts and optimize designs using advanced BIM software
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines
- Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members
- high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
- Proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit Navisworks and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling visualization techniques and infrastructure design principles
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferred
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in GCC
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
