Manager- Elite Mortgage Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for our Elite Mortgage Sales team in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and company policies

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage sales with a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products financial services and UAE mortgage market regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership abilities including team management motivation and coaching
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of UAE real estate trends and property valuation
- Relevant mortgage or financial certifications (e.g. Certified Mortgage Banker) preferred
- Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings or industry events as needed
