Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each account.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to gauge client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to align product offerings with client expectations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against sales targets.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales management preferably in the bedding or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Male.
- 30 to 40 years old.
- Lebanese national.
