Job Summary
- Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for construction projects.
- Ensure MEP systems comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
- Manage a team of mechanical electrical and plumbing engineers and inspectors.
- Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed within the set timeline and budget.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project schedule.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
- Prepare reports and project updates for management.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with clients as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent degree
- Membership of a recognized institution would be preferred (LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus for MEP discipline)
- Minimum 20 years of experience on building projects (villas residential towers or commercial buildings)
