DescriptionApt Resources is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Coordinator & HR Executive for one of our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations along with strong office administration and coordination skills. This role requires solid knowledge of MOHRE regulations UAE Labour Law recruitment employee relations and day-to-day office management.
The candidate must have a polished professional appearance excellent grooming standards confident body language and outstanding verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with employees clients and senior management.
To maintain balance in employee diversification within the company this role is for women only. She must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and communicate fluently and confidently in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing screening interviewing onboarding and offboarding).
- Handle payroll processing leave management employee benefits administration employee coordination and documentation.
- Manage the front desk; answer and redirect incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain the readiness of meeting rooms and waiting areas.
- Supervise departmental tasks through the CRM and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Manage daily visitor and event registers.
- Maintain adequate office and pantry supplies.
- Ensure the office is presentable and ready for walk-in clients.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE (HR & office coordination).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience with WPS payroll employee relations and HR operations.
- Excellent people management communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (familiarity with Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
