Black & Grey HR is seeking a Marketing Executive for one of our clients. The role will focus on managing digital presence driving employer branding initiatives generating qualified leads and supporting overall marketing activities across all branches and projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing experience hands-on expertise in social media management lead generation and content creation along with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
- Plan and execute a structured monthly marketing calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) with 1216 posts/month.
- Drive employer branding initiatives highlighting employees culture and achievements.
- Execute digital lead generation campaigns (social media email inbound).
- Conduct outreach maintain lead tracker and coordinate with Sales on conversions.
- Design marketing collaterals (flyers brochures presentations creatives).
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Update website content regularly and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website and social media performance (traffic engagement conversions).
- Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support events campaigns and internal communications.
- Coordinate with HR Operations and Sales for content and branding initiatives.
- Develop campaigns for new services market expansion and vertical promotions.
- Maintain a structured digital asset repository.
- Recommend automation tools and track marketing ROI.
- Monitor competitors and suggest improvements.
- Maintain timely response to social media inquiries (2448 hours).
- Execute marketing strategy aligned with our clients business goals and Vision 2030.
- Build and manage UAE & GCC customer database in coordination with Sales.
- Support newsletters regional campaigns and stakeholder communications.
