Job Summary
Apt Resources is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Spa Supervisor to join a luxury spa dedicated to providing unparalleled service to a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. Located in an esteemed property this role requires a highly professional and experienced individual who can oversee spa operations while ensuring the highest standards of service tailored to discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the spa ensuring an exceptional guest experience and adherence to service standards.
- Lead train and develop a team of spa therapists to deliver personalized treatments and services.
- Monitor and manage scheduling inventory and equipment maintenance ensuring the spa operates smoothly.
- Act as the primary contact for the VIP family and guests addressing their needs and preferences efficiently and attentively.
- Implement and maintain spa protocols and policies to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Assist in planning and organizing special events or spa retreats for the family and guests.
- Report to the Spa Manager on operational performance guest satisfaction levels and staff concerns.
- Confidently operate and manage all spa machines and wellness technologies including: Cryo Room Light Therapy Machines Oxygen Room and Laser Machines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in spa operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferably within high-end environments.
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments wellness programs and luxury service standards.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt interaction style to various clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays as required.
- Flexibility to be on-call and available as needed across multiple locations
Benefits
Salary: AED 18000 plus benefits.
