Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop launch and lead the chocolate production brand from concept to execution
Set up and manage the chocolate production facility including equipment sourcing
Oversee daily chocolate production operations ensuring high quality and consistency
Lead new product development and innovation in line with brand standards
Hire train and manage the chocolate production team
Ensure all chocolate products meet premium quality safety and presentation standards
Travel as required to source premium cocoa and ingredients and monitor global trends
Coordinate with retail operations to integrate chocolate products across all outlets
Reporting Line
Reports directly to Senior Culinary Leadership
Requirements
Extensive experience in professional chocolate production including product development and large-scale operations
Proven background in setting up and managing chocolate production facilities
Strong leadership experience with the ability to hire train and manage production teams
Expertise in premium chocolate craftsmanship quality control and consistency
Experience sourcing high-quality cocoa and ingredients
Willingness to travel regularly to source ingredients and stay aligned with global chocolate trends
Strong organizational and operational management skills
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
