The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients ensuring smooth patient scheduling coordination documentation and communication across healthcare departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments admissions and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between patients doctors nurses and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Assist with patient registration billing coordination and insurance verification
- Handle patient inquiries professionally in person and over the phone
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies DHA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Support smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times
- Update hospital systems and EMR data accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Patient Coordinator Healthcare Coordinator or Medical Administrator
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and patient care workflows
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and hospital management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitals clinics or medical centers in the UAE
- Knowledge of DHA standards medical billing and insurance coordination
- Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
