Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager – Microsoft Dynamics to drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics solutions (D365 ERP/CRM) across the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solution sales proven relationships with key decision-makers and a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets within Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP CRM Finance & Operations Business Central Power Platform).

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts within Qatar.

  • Identify new business opportunities lead generation and account expansion.

  • Engage with C-level stakeholders IT heads and business decision-makers to understand requirements and propose tailored Dynamics solutions.

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting solution positioning proposal development negotiations and closure.

  • Work closely with pre-sales delivery and Microsoft partners to ensure accurate solutioning and successful deal execution.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets pipeline KPIs and revenue forecasts.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and reporting.

  • Stay updated on Microsoft licensing product updates and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions within Qatar.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM offerings and Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving enterprise software sales targets.

  • Strong network within the Qatar market (corporates government or key industries).

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams on solution-based selling.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft certifications or exposure to Microsoft Partner ecosystem.

  • Experience selling to industries such as Energy Government Retail Healthcare or Financial Services.

  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
