Focus: Overseeing the technical and creative output of the station ensuring high-quality broadcast standards imaging and promo production.
- Oversee the development and production of on-air imaging promos and broadcast graphics
- Ensure technical accuracy and creative excellence across all broadcast content
- Collaborate with producers directors and on-air talent to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Manage production timelines and deliverables to meet broadcast schedules
- Supervise technical operations during live and recorded broadcasts
- Implement quality control processes to uphold broadcast standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in broadcast production imaging or a related field
- Strong understanding of video editing audio integration and broadcast technical standards
- Proficiency with industry-standard production software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Avid or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and audio quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindse
