Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process for office interior and fit-out projects from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs space planning and functional requirements
- Prepare and review design concepts mood boards layouts 3D visuals and detailed drawings
- Ensure designs comply with client standards local regulations and project budgets
- Coordinate with estimation project and site teams for design feasibility and value engineering
- Manage design approvals revisions and authority submissions where required
- Supervise and guide designers draftsmen and external consultants
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials finishes and fit-out construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D visualization tools and presentation software
- Excellent leadership coordination and client-facing skills
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field preferred
