Commis Chef Pastry
Job Summary
- Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Has excellent communication skills strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Be familiar with the other kitchen sections promoting flexibility and productivity.
- Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
Qualifications :
- Have passion for Pastry and willing to learn
- Ideally you would have a qualification in pastry/culinary
- Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef
