Job Summary
Ontime Group is urgently seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Homecare services specializing in childcare in Dubai (DXB). This role is essential in providing quality care and nurturing support to children in a home environment ensuring their development safety and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Assist children with daily activities such as bathing dressing eating and engaging in playtime
- Monitor childrens behavior and development reporting any concerns to parents or guardians
- Plan and participate in educational and recreational activities tailored to each childs developmental stage
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children by ensuring cleanliness and organizing toys and materials
- Administer prescribed medications and manage any specific health needs of the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens progress and any observations
- Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among children
- Follow all health and safety protocols while caring for children
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver or in childcare preferably in a homecare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Patience creativity and flexibility in dealing with children
- Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong commitment to providing quality care
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
