We are seeking a visionary and strategic Cluster Director of Revenue Strategies to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies across multiple properties in our portfolio.
- Lead and oversee revenue management strategies for a cluster of properties ensuring maximum profitability and market share
- Develop and implement innovative pricing and distribution strategies to optimize revenue across all channels
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and economic factors to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with General Managers and Sales teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives
- Mentor and develop a team of revenue managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Utilize advanced analytics and revenue management systems to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive the adoption of best practices in revenue management across the cluster
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all revenue-related activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in revenue management or related field with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue optimization strategies
- Expert knowledge of revenue management systems data analysis tools and financial modeling software
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of market trends competitive analysis and pricing strategies in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Revenue Management certification (e.g. CRME) is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the cluster region as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
