Job Summary
Education & Qualifications
- Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems
- MBA (Systems / IT) – preferred / nice to have
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ERP, accounting software, and internal IT systems
- Support MIS data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate closely with the Finance team to ensure system accuracy and data integrity
- Handle basic automation, system backups, user access management, and data security
- Manage software vendors, licenses, and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day IT support
Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on exposure to ERP / accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, databases, and basic automation tools
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with finance and cross-functional teams
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in system integration and process improvement
- Knowledge of data security and access control best practices
