Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time gym floor coach responsible for member support inductions and personal training. This role requires a consistent presence on the gym floor professionalism and active engagement with members.
Working Hours & Weekly Structure
- Scheduled up to 6 days per week
- Each shift is 8.5 hours (including breaks)
- During shifts the coach is expected to:

Primary Responsibilities
Gym Floor Presence
- Be present visible and actively engaged throughout each shift
- Support members by offering guidance correcting form and answering questions
- Maintain a clean safe and organised gym environment
- Re-rack weights tidy stations and reset equipment as needed
- Monitor safety standards and gym etiquette
- Represent the coaching team with professionalism energy and consistency
Member Inductions
- Deliver clear welcoming and professional inductions that include:
- A walkthrough of the gym and equipment demonstrations
- Introductory training guidance
- Information on available classes and personal training services
- Support to help members stay engaged and consistent
Personal Training Sessions
- Coaches are allowed and encouraged to deliver personal training sessions during scheduled hours
- Sessions must be:
- Delivered to a high professional standard
- Scheduled without compromising gym floor availability
- Logged and tracked according to gym policy
Outside Gym Floor Shifts
- Coaches may deliver unlimited personal training sessions based on availability and client demand
- Additional gym presence outside scheduled shifts is encouraged to maximise exposure and client opportunities

Compensation
- Base salary: 6000 AED/month
- Personal training pay (per session):
- 140 sessions: 70 AED
- 4160 sessions: 85 AED
- 6180 sessions: 100 AED
- 81 sessions: 110 AED
Group Class Coaching
- Paid at 125 AED per class
- Coaches may be scheduled to lead or cover classes depending on availability
- Class payments are separate from base salary and PT earnings
