Were recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer for one of our clients who is a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Dubai operating within a regulated manufacturing and distribution environment. The company is involved in the production and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products adhering to UAE health authority regulations and internationally recognized GMP standards. With a strong focus on compliance quality systems and operational excellence the organization supports both local and regional markets through structured processes and skilled technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide QA support for shop floor and warehouse operations
- Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor
- Conduct validation studies in line with regulatory requirements
- Manage the qualification and re-qualification of equipment
- Issue review and approve batch manufacturing and related documentation
- Prepare review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform batch document reviews and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Prepare Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR)
- Maintain and control reference samples of finished products
- Carry out sampling and QA acceptance for regular products and imported finished goods
- Monitor daily GMP compliance across shop floor activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and other relevant computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
