Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and internal CRM.
- Ensure all property information, images, floor plans, and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with property owners to gather required information and approvals.
- Follow up with clients and agents to ensure timely submission of listings.
- Review listings for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and UAE real estate regulations.
- Monitor listing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create campaigns for featured listings.
- Ensure properties are properly highlighted across social media and online Maintain records of listed properties, leads, and performance metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on listings and lead conversions.
- Assist sales agents with property information for client presentations and meetings.
- Support operations and management in ad-hoc tasks related to listings and sales coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate coordination, property management, or listings.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
