Job Summary

At Element8 were a fast-moving digital agency in Dubai creating bold websites apps and platforms for some of the Middle Easts most exciting brands. Were not hiring a coordinatorwere looking for an IT Sales Officer who acts like an owner: building relationships thinking strategically and using AI tools as naturally as emails and calls.

Most of our leads come to us but the rest We go after them with smart data-powered outreach. Youll be the first human voice potential clients hear the strategist who guides discovery and the closer who turns conversations into real projects.

What Youll Do

Drive inbound growth

Respond quickly to qualified leads

Lead discovery sessions with purpose

Shape client requirements into clear compelling proposals that build trust

Create new demand

Run personalised LinkedIn and Apollo outreach

Use AI tools to craft targeted micro-campaigns

Open doors to brands we havent metyet

Close deals with confidence

Manage the sales journey from first call to contract

Negotiate win-win terms

Seamlessly hand off projects to the delivery team

Keep the pipeline clean and clear

Track all activities in HubSpot

Share insights and forecasts with precision

Work smart stay sharp

Use AI to automate follow-ups and speed up tasks

Write better faster with ChatGPT

Stay curious about new tools and test what works

Youre a Fit If You

Have sold digital services before (agency life excites you)
Speak tech fluently (CMS APIs stacks)enough to earn a CTOs trust and a marketers enthusiasm
Are consultative when listening assertive when closing
Keep your CRM cleanalways
Use AI in your daily workflow
Communicate clearly and confidently (sharp English; Arabic is a plus)
Thrive on hitting targets navigating ambiguity and learning every day
