Key Responsibilities

Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
Contribute to schematic design (SD)(FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables design presentations and coordinating with consultants
Produce and review architectural drawings plans coordinate contractors and consultants manage shop drawings and attend progress meeting and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate with engineers consultants and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
Maintain design quality and compliance with codes client standards and best practices.
Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
Prepare presentations reports and documentation for clients and project teams.
Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.

Skills & Tools

Advanced proficiency in Revit AutoCAD 3D Max Navisworks and BIM coordination.
Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino Enscape LumionTwinmotion Adobe Suite
Strong communication leadership and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with building codes regulations and quality standards in the region.
Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Architecture or related field.
Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in architectural and site planning with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
