Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
- Contribute to schematic design (SD)(FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables design presentations and coordinating with consultants
- Produce and review architectural drawings plans coordinate contractors and consultants manage shop drawings and attend progress meeting and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with engineers consultants and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
- Maintain design quality and compliance with codes client standards and best practices.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare presentations reports and documentation for clients and project teams.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.
Skills & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Revit AutoCAD 3D Max Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino Enscape LumionTwinmotion Adobe Suite
- Strong communication leadership and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with building codes regulations and quality standards in the region.
- Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Architecture or related field.
- Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in architectural and site planning with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
