Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for civil materials (steel cement MEP finishes).
- Prepare RFQs compare bids and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
- Inspect materials on-site for quality and compliance.
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.
Requirements
- 5 years as a Procurement Engineer/Officer in UAE building contracting.
- Strong knowledge of civil materials construction standards and local regulations.
- Able to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
