We are supporting a leading organization in the energy and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure sector in the UAE that is playing a key role in the expansion of sustainable mobility and EV charging networks nationwide.
They are seeking a Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee and supervise all finance transactions of the organization while also managing procurement oversight. This role requires a strong finance leader with hands-on experience in financial management reporting and controls combined with a working knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting accounting treasury and financial reporting
- Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure accuracy completeness and compliance of financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow liquidity planning and financial forecasting
- Supervise procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost efficiency and value
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Establish implement and improve financial policies procedures and internal controls
- Provide financial analysis insights and reports to senior management to support decision-making
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- 7 years of experience in finance or financial management
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong experience in budgeting financial reporting and financial governance
- Basic to solid knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or similar
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
