Role Overview
ITP Media Luxury Group is seeking a commercially focused Group Key Account Manager to join its New Media commercial team. This role is particularly suited to candidates currently working in a media creative or content agency who are looking to move publisher side while continuing to operate in a strategic client-led environment.
The successful candidate will lead relationships with key agency and brand partners developing integrated content solutions with a strong emphasis on video sponsorship and long-term content franchises. The role requires a strong understanding of client objectives audience insight and media performance particularly within the FMCG luxury and lifestyle categories.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Delivery and Account Growth
- Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of agency led and direct client accounts
- Deliver consistent weekly revenue and incremental growth in line with divisional and group targets
- Lead strategic conversations with agencies and clients positioning ITP brands as long term commercial partners
- Respond to client briefs with well-considered proposals and proactively develop opportunities aligned with agency planning cycles
Campaign and Solution Development
- Develop and sell integrated campaigns across digital social video print and events
- Lead on the sale of video solutions and sponsorship of editorial franchises and recurring content series
- Translate client KPIs such as awareness engagement and cultural relevance into effective commercial solutions
- Identify opportunities for experiential partnerships events and brand activations
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work closely with editorial video social production and events teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to brief and to brand standards
- Partner with the Group Key Account Director to ensure all client briefs are met and exceeded
- Oversee campaigns from pitch through to execution and reporting
Presentation and Reporting
- Produce high quality presentations suitable for agency and client audiences
- Deliver clear and accurate post campaign reports including insight and recommendations
Skills and Experience
Required Experience
- Experience working within a media creative or content agency or in a role with significant agency exposure
- Proven experience selling video solutions branded content and sponsorship led campaigns
- Strong experience working with FMCG clients
- Solid understanding of digital social video print and experiential media
Core Skills
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced target driven environment
- Proficient in PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook
Personal Attributes
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Client focused and solutions driven
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into commercial results

- Strong interest in culture media and content
Education and Language
- Degree educated or equivalent relevant industry experience

- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by company directors
