About Tumoohy:
Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVies Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 1824-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience real responsibilities and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Program Tracks & Rotations
For candidates holding a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical sciences Business Marketing or any relevant field with a strong interest in Marketing Operation roles.
Candidate will rotate across two main functions within Allergan Aesthetics:
Marketing Operations and Allergan Medical Institute (AMI).The rotation provides hands-on exposure to both commercial marketing activities and AMI training and education initiatives across the Gulf region.
Qualifications :
- UAE National with Family Book
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong interest in the chosen track
- Ability to commit to a full-time onsite role in Dubai
- Eagerness to learn collaborate and take ownership
