Amazons Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa Middle East and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels.

A day in the life
As a Program Manager youll drive and manage the implementation of creative data-driven change in Amazon leading improvement projects and programs. Youll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.
Program Managers have significant responsibilities and youll deal with complex challenges with creativity innovation and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business like diversity equity and inclusion.
About the team
The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized function such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network Ultra Fast grocery deliveries and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/ seller warehouse offering millions of new selection while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by Amazon FCs.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
