Job Summary
- Event & Activation Manager
Reporting to:Creative Director Solutions Leisure Group
Role Overview
Solutions Leisure Group is seeking anEvent & Activation Managerto plan design and deliver events and brand activations across the portfolio. This role blendscreative concepting and décor designwithprocurement partnerships and execution ensuring each activation delivers visual impact brand alignment and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities- Leadend-to-end event and activation delivery from creative concept through to execution
- Propose creative concepts event designs and décor direction bringing ideas to life with strong visual impact
- Create and deliverdistinctive décor moments and experiential magicaligned to each brand
- Manageprocurement costing and supplier coordinationfor all event décor and production
- Develop and managebrand partnerships and sponsorshipsto support and enhance activations
- Coordinatedesign build and creative suppliersfrom concept to installation
- Plan and maintainannual and seasonal event calendars
- Ensure all activations align withbrand identity tone and guest experience
- Oversee on-site setup execution and post-event review
- Secure brand sponsorships to support and fund events and activations
- Pitch event and activation concepts to external partners and internal stakeholders
- 5 years experience in event activation or experiential design roles
- Strong creative eye with experienceconcepting décor and event environments
- Proven procurement budgeting and supplier management skills
- Experience working with brand partners and sponsors
- Highly organised commercially aware and detail-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple venues and stakeholders
- Visually compelling events deliveredon time on brand and within budget
- Effective use of creative design to elevate guest experience
- Strong partnerships and efficient cost management
- Consistent execution quality across venues
- Leadend-to-end event and activation delivery from creative concept through to execution
