- Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Assist guests with inquiries requests and reservations for lounge services
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Prepare and serve light refreshments beverages and snacks as required
- Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area
- Provide information about local attractions dining options and services to guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions requests and feedback
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
