Youll build design a listening system that actually works. Think of::
lifecycle signals (onboarding exits performance moments)
deep dives when needed (ex interviews journey mapping)
real-time sentiment loops (what people say what they do)
continuous listening (eg. pulse surveys)
2) Turn raw data into behavioral insight
Youll use behavioral science to translate employee feedback and survey results into insightful observations and opportunities such as:
What is important to our people
Are we delivering on what matters to our people
What gets in the way of our people doing their best work
How are our people actually feeling
What are we doing well that should remain
3) Ship culture like a product
This is where youre different. You wont just recommend initiatives youll build mechanisms to:
Eliminate friction points that drains team performance.
Design organizational rituals & habits that make high-impact work the default behavior.
4) Make EVP real in daily life
Our EVP is not a statement. Its a lived experience. Youll collaborate with other teams to bring our EVP to life across the employee journey.
Design and execute our new regional-wide recognition process ensuring alignment to organisational goals strategy and our EVP
Provide strategic design input into key milestone company events (eg. annual party in-office activations alumni program)
What did we order
The Scientist-Practitioner: You likely hold an advanced degree in Behavioral Science Organizational Psychology or have an extensive background in UX Research with a focus on human systems.
The Data Storyteller: You can look at a spreadsheet of survey responses and see a pattern of behaviours then translate this into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
The Architect of Change: You have designed and executed large-scale enterprise change projects to either improve employee experience retention or shift behaviour
Empathetic & Analytical: You have the high EQ required to conduct deep-dive interviews and the high IQ required to validate your findings with statistical significance.
